Welcome to New Life Assembly’s Children’s Ministry where we care for children from birth through age 12. We have 3 ministries: Nursery, Tikes & Junior Church; all providing safe, loving God centered environments for the children we are entrusted to care for.
Nursery cares for children ages 3 months to 3 years so that parents can be filled with the word of God and feel confident knowing that their precious babies are being well taken care of in the Nursery.
Tikes serves children ages 3 to 6 years old by helping the children learn, as they are encouraged to grow with one another in their faith and understanding of Jesus through Bible stories, memory verses, crafts, games, prayer, and snack.
Junior Church Ministry
JR Church serves children ages 6 to 12 years old. Junior Church enables children to apply God’s word to their lives through themed lessons, skits, crafts, videos and more to make Church an exciting time in their lives.
All Ministries provide a safe and caring environment for children by having two workers (background checked) for each Ministry with the children at all times along with clean classrooms and fun & engaging class-room curriculums.
We endeavor to keep God’s House looking beautiful and hospitable! Our heart is to Serve the people of New Life Assembly through making our wonderful building sparkle and shine. We want every person to have a five-star experience at NLA. We enjoy what we do to make people feel comfortable and relaxed in a clean, fresh, scented environment. We honor God best when we are Good Stewards over His Gifts.
Fearless Women’s Ministry
Our Women’s Ministry meets once a month, on the last Thursday of each month from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. This ministry is for women 18 & older, to grow together in relationship with each other & with the Lord.
Our Ministry is two-fold. First, to follow in the footsteps of the author and Finisher of our Faith, to seek and save that which is lost. Second, to encourage, admonish and lead by example for others to follow in truly fulfilling the “Great Commission” of Mark 16:15 as Jesus said, “Go Ye into all the world and preach the Gospel”
Inner Healing Ministry
We live in a broken world that has damaged many people creating a great need for healing that most people don’t realize is affecting their everyday lives. Our goal is to provide a safe atmosphere to assist those we see in dealing with both past and current hurts as they gain revelation of the truth from Father God, Jesus and Holy Spirit. We see ourselves as facilitators entering in his presence and perfect love. Inner healing is part mentoring/teaching/coaching/hearing from God as the need arises. Our heart is to get to the root of what is affecting people’s lives, helping them walk through the process of healing their soul, spirit and body. We believe that God wants us to have complete wholeness that can only come by his perfect love. Isaiah 61:1-3
Intercessory Prayer/ Glory Encounters
Our goal on Tuesday evenings is to press into the Kingdom seeking breakthrough from the Lord. We come into agreement with one another enforcing the power of God over the enemy. We also have times of silence as well because it is important to take time to hear from God. The voices we have been given by God are powerful tools that dictate the course of action here on Earth. We encourage all to come out and pray with us as we enjoy our time to-gether in God’s presence calling upon the power of the Lord.
(Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm)
Here at NLA, we are committed to service in God’s Kingdom. We want to ensure that we educate and mentor ministry leaders for all facets of leadership and in His Kingdom.
We also have the discretion to sponsor formal ministers for ministry certi-fications and licenses to those who have a high calling (which must be approved by the Pastor and Elders). If you have the desire or the calling to join a Ministry or the ability to lead people, please share a specific leadership topic with NLA, feel free to contact us.
The Brotherhood – Men’s Ministry
As head of the brotherhood, it is my goal to empower our men to understand who they truly are in Christ. In Genesis 1:26-28, God said, “let us make man in our image” and he also speaks about giving man authority and dominion over all things He has created. It is my burning desire to help our men fully understand what God is trying to say in this portion of scripture. Once this is deeply rooted within us it is my hope hat we will build our men into completely devoted followers of the Lord Jesus Christ.
First Impressions Team Ministry
When you come to visit us on Sunday morning service, you will be greeted by one of our other members of our First Impressions Team. Our goal is to make you feel welcomed and love.
If you would like to know who to talk to about a particular issue, such as where your children go for Sunday school, restrooms or other Ministries here at NLA, feel free to ask, we are here to help.
Video and Website Ministry
Our task is to share each Sunday’s sermon on the word of God. We are pleased and honored to be able to put it on CD’s and on the World Wide Web. This ministry enhances the Worship Ministry, Sound Techs, Pastors, and Guest speakers by using computers and LCD projectors. This ministry works behind the scenes enhancing the Worship Ministry by showing the lyrics to the music that is being performed and helping the sound techs by recording the music so they can fine tune the soundboard. We display upcoming events before the service begins. Displaying Scriptures, PowerPoint slides, and DVD movies to enhance the Pastor or guest speaker. Recording and editing the Pastor’s weekly sermon.
Our task is to maintain the New Life Assembly website. We post everything about New Life Assembly, which includes all ministries, monthly and weekly calendars, all events, weekly sermons, cancelations etc.
At, NLA the purpose of worship is to encourage people to bring a sincere, humble and heartfelt offering to the Lord in every season of their lives as a response to the worthiness and greatness of the Lord. The worship team strives to lead not with their musical gifting, but with their hearts and their passion to glorify God. The Lord inhabits the praises of his people (Psalm 22:3), and therefore, it is the worship team’s responsibility to help the congregation understand that they are not being led into the presence of God by any specific individual, but that through the congregation’s unified sacrifice of praise, God will reveal himself to NLA. Our desire in a worship service is for God to touch the hearts of his people so that lives are changed and He is glorified. Our worship is contemporary, strives to respond to the move of the Holy Spirit, and begins at 10:15 am on Sunday mornings before the beginning of service at 10:30.
